In addition, other site features will become available to you as they are added to the site. And of course, all this at no cost to you! All we ask is that should you successfully sell an item through the site, keep in mind that this service does cost money to maintain and host, and even a small donation can go a long ways to keep this a free service to the Canadian Firearms Community. Please note, We collect minimal information which will be used only to assist in use of this site. Currently we do not ask for personal information above and beyond your name and email address. This advertisement functionality of this site is a tool for marketing and/or advertising your product(s) ONLY. Delivery of, or any arrangements required in successful transaction completion, is left up to you, the advertiser, and the purchaser of the product. - When you register as a Canadian Arms Advertisements User, you are registering as a website member with advertising privileges. - Canadian Arms Advertisements is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable federal, provincial and local law. Our services are only available to persons over the age of 18. - Canadian Arms Advertisements is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or by interruption of Internet traffic. As a user, you use Canadian Arms Advertisements at your own risk. - Canadian Arms Advertisements includes an online classified ad service where firearms buyers and sellers conduct transactions. We are not in any way involved in the actual transaction between the buyer and the seller. - Canadian Arms Advertisements does not get involved in the monetary transaction between the buyer and the seller for items sold on Canadian Arms Advertisements. - Canadian Arms Advertisements cannot take any responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any listings, nor the quality, safety, or legal state of any items posted on Canadian Arms Advertisements. Advertisements found not to be in accordanace with Provincial and/or Federal law will be removed immediately, and reported to the proper authorities where illegal items are advertised. - Both the buyer and the seller agree to release Canadian Arms Advertisements of any liability resulting from the use or misuse of any item posted or sold at Canadian Arms Advertisements. Likewise, both the buyer and the seller agree to hold Canadian Arms Advertisements harmless if a loss or damage is experienced through the use of this system. - Seller Obligation: If a the seller lists an item on Canadian Arms Advertisements, the seller is contractually obligated to complete the sale of that item. If a seller lists an item with Canadian Arms Advertisements, that seller agrees that Canadian Arms Advertisements has exclusive rights to sell that item. Failure to complete the sale is cause for negative feedback and/or account termination from Canadian Arms Advertisements. - Canadian Arms Advertisements does not and cannot guarantee that the seller will complete the sale of an item or the buyer will complete the purchase of any item. - The seller is required to provide valid contact information (phone number and/or email) to negotiate the transaction. Failure on the part of the seller to provide valid contact information may result in that seller's account being disabled, and his/her listings removed from the site. - All users of Canadian Arms Advertisements are to abide to all Federal, Provincial, and Local laws governing the sale of firearms. It is the obligation of the user to know the law regarding such a sale, and to abide by the law as set forth. It is critical that users of Canadian Arms Advertisements use our service in a legal manner, consistent with standards of good citizenship. Any user found to not be abiding by laws in the use of our system will have the account terminated, and the proper authorities notified. Canadian Arms Advertisements will cooperate with law enforcement in the prosecution of any individual suspected of breaking firearms law. - SPAM: Users are prohibited from the use of spamming: that is, using the message system to send out unsolicited emails. Spamming will result in the immediate termination of your account. - Canadian Arms Advertisements does not assume any responsibility for any inappropriate use of the system, for any false demographic information, or for sending unsolicited commercial or non-commercial email to other users. - PROHIBITED SALES: The listing and/or sales of explosives, explosive devices, silencers, high capacity magazines, instructions for creating aforementioned items related to firearms or otherwise, is prohibited at Canadian Arms Advertisements. Canadian Arms Advertisements reserves the right to make that judgement. - Canadian Arms Advertisements reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. - Canadian Arms Advertisements may terminate your account and any of your current ads immediately if you breach this Agreement or Canadian Arms Advertisements is unable to verify and/or authenticate any information you provide to us. - Canadian Arms Advertisements Uuers are prohibited from advertising other Classified Ad or Auction Websites in any of the available methods of posting advertisement information on Canadian Arms Advertisements. Canadian Arms Advertisements reserves the right to remove any such postings. - If a seller is caught using another seller's pictures in his/hers item listing, this is considered theft and is grounds for account termination from Canadian Arms Advertisements. - Canadian Arms Advertisements does not provide support or direction in the sale of a posted firearm, for user or buyer, at anytime. Inspection periods, Certificate transfers and any other matters to be attended to at anytime during the sale process are entirely the responsibilty of the parties involved with the sale, namely the buyer and seller. - The buyer may return a firearm to a seller for a refund, as long as the seller has been notified of the buyer's decision to return the firearm, for any reason. The seller is obligated to issue a refund for the firearm minus shipping. At no time during the inspection period will the buyer fire the firearm. If the buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. - Inspection of the firearm consists of external examination, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted. In the event the buyer has declined the sale, the seller will only issue a refund AFTER the firearm in question has been returned to the seller. The buyer is only responsible for his/her sales price, plus shipping. - Canadian Arms Advertisements reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, without prior notice. - Any legal disputes arising from the use of Canadian Arms Advertisements falls under the jurisdiction of the Province of Saskatchewan.
